  3. Proceed to "Continue to shipping" and choose your preferred shipping method. Once the shipping method is selected, you will be given the total value of your order on the page.
  4. Please do not proceed to the next step. Now you can contact the live chat function on the website or send an email directly to [email protected] to quote the email address you've checked out with.
  5. Our team will find your unpaid order via the email address provided and share with you a reference number and our bank account details. Please use this reference number as the payment description when making your bank transfer. Please transfer the exact same amount as stated as your total order value during the checkout.
  6. Make your bank transfer using the provided account details. Let us know if you've made the payment. We will manually complete your order after receiving the bank transfer.
  7. We will process your order within 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with the order details and a receipt for your payment.
